PERSONALITY TUNING
with a special therapy

Personality Tuning is a form of therapy that can help you cope with emotional responses caused by traumatic experiences. Discreet and personal approach. No session is the same—through individual care, I bring clients harmony, inner peace, resolution, and self-acceptance on a completely different level. Unlocking one issue often reveals others the client wasn’t even aware of. We work through this on an individual basis using innovative techniques and professional equipment that bring incredible harmony and real results in all aspects of life.

Even a successful person can feel inner imbalance and find themselves at a crossroads, seeking a new direction and wanting to make decisions that lead to a more harmonious life.

“More than 50% of people will experience at least one trauma in their lifetime,” says Kelly Workman, PsyD, psychologist at Columbia University Medical Center specializing in trauma treatment.

Letting go of traumatic events

Gaining perspective and harmony

Conscious, confident, and healthy decision-making

Often, even after just one session with a good therapist, you begin to feel better. I work individually with every client. Releasing trauma from childhood or any period of life is crucial. Our consciousness represents only 5% of our mind, while the subconscious makes up 95%. The patterns stored in our subconscious run automatically and strongly influence our reactions, choices in partners, friends, and life situations—often in ways that surprise us. We act based on patterns we consciously disapprove of, yet subconsciously still follow. For example: choosing a partner you swore you’d never end up with.

Therapies are tailored to the client’s needs and are accompanied by a holistic process of harmonizing the body, mind, and soul. I also use frequency therapy based on quantum physics, which serves as a powerful complementary tool for harmonization—with fantastic results.

How do I know if therapy is helping?

When you and your therapist are on the same wavelength, you’ll feel it. You’ll smile more, feel lighter, better—even the smallest step will feel like a big win. You’ll start to believe that anything can be overcome. That’s the feeling you’ll leave with.

“Although not everyone who experiences trauma suffers long-term effects, we know that trauma can significantly affect a person’s psychological, social, physical, professional, and financial functioning.”

Kelly Workman, PsyD

Trauma therapy is a form of therapy that helps you deal with emotional reactions caused by traumatic events in your life. Releasing and eliminating the influence of trauma can help you feel freer, more balanced, and more capable of making different life decisions.

“Trauma can include a wide range of experiences—from serious injury, sexual assault, and life-threatening events to chronic abuse, neglect, bullying, and homelessness.”

Don’t struggle with what can be resolved.

When something troubles you, is it worth addressing?

Sometimes we’re stuck in a loop of thoughts about something specific. Other times we feel sad, confused, or stressed without knowing why. Maybe it’s a tough situation at work or in a relationship and we can’t decide which way to go—we’re stuck, burned out. All these are valid reasons for therapy. I am here for you. Often, just having someone listen actively and understand you brings tremendous relief.

Where do you see yourself in these scenarios?

I feel sad

Gloom, autumn blues, loneliness, sorrow

I don’t feel well

Anger, stress, trauma, insomnia

I want to improve my relationships

Love, family, partnerships

I want to grow

Leadership, motivation, work-life balance

Even the most successful people have mentors or therapists to help them through difficult times. Our emotions and traumas are like a snowball—sometimes we bury them deep, but by suppressing them, the snowball grows until it rolls out in a crisis and becomes unstoppable.

Imagine going to the doctor for internal bleeding. The right step would be to treat the root cause, but if you’re only given painkillers, the problem remains. Just like we care for our bodies, we must care for our mental health. If we want a piano to play beautifully, we need to tune it. The same applies to our inner world.

When I ask clients what they want to achieve, the most common answers are: health, self-acceptance, harmony, balance, and inner peace that comes with accepting the truth. If you want to resolve a problem, you must name it truthfully. Once you do that, you’ve already solved 50% of it.
